Shipping policy

 

Interlivra (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing clear, reliable, and predictable delivery services. This Shipping Policy explains delivery coverage, shipping fees, processing timelines, transportation arrangements, and related responsibilities, and applies to all orders placed through our online store.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services within Australia only. Orders and deliveries to locations outside Australia are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free shipping. Orders with a total value below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99.

All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees are required beyond the total amount shown at checkout.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order processing hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00.

Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day. If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

After order confirmation, orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation, including order verification, packaging, and dispatch arrangements. Please note that processing time does not include transportation time.

5. Estimated Transit Time

Once dispatched, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier operations, and other external factors.

6. Logistics Partners

To ensure stable and dependable delivery, we work with established logistics providers. Common carriers include UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and logistics information (where applicable). Once the order is shipped, you can visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number to check the current order status.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery so that we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes, rerouting, or cancellations related to delivery may not be accommodated.
  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Any delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

9. Receipt and Inspection

We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, tampering, or other abnormalities to the packaging, please take photos (and/or videos) as evidence and contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.
